  • Participants must be aged 3 years and over
  • Children aged 3-13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • Tours require a minimum of 6 guests to operate
  • Late arrivals may result in the forfeit of the tour without a refund
  • Refunds will not be offered in the case of wet weather unless cancelled by the Lone Pine team for guest safety
  • Advanced booking is required for nocturnal tours
  • Maximum of 20 guests and minimum of 6 guests per tour
  • Nocturnal tours are not stroller-friendly but are accessible for wheelchair users
  • Inform the provider of any special needs at booking for assistance
  • Tours will still go ahead in wet weather so please bring an umbrella or raincoat
  • The nocturnal tour does not include day entry to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
